I get an hour long full body massage on a regular basis. The stress in my shoulders and lower back ache are always worked out. Ruth tailors the massage to my needs. Multiple senses are engaged with soothing music and fragrant oil. I am convinced in the benefits of massage therapy for wellness and highly recommend Heal Thy Self Massage Therapy.
