Dr. Spann, is a wonderful doctor, and she's very helpful. However, I've noticed that she often jumps to conclusions and decide what is, without actual facts.
If she can learn to be patient, and consider other factors besides her own, then she'll definietly be the one.
Dr. Chan is a very professional, patient and honest physician. She is also very smart and knowledgeable. She listened carefully to my concerns and gave me a very clear explanation. Great doctor!
Dr. Chan is probably the best doctor I've ever had. She is kind, smart and really takes the time to explain various treatment options and the effects of each. She has been incredible compassionate and helpful in dealing with my depression. I appreciate her vast array of knowledge and her taking the time to answer my questions.
I saw her for well over a year then introduced my autistic daughter after a few visits with us both she dumped us like a hot potato with NO EXPLANATION to why then months later all I got from her office manager was I believe she was overwhelmed,as she is picky about her practice. Yeah not picky enough about her patience!! My health has suffered greatly as finding another doctor not so easy. So...
Overcharged, underwhelmed. Was billed for a 15 minute consultation, took about 5 minutes. Seemed like she was in a rush and not very friendly or concerned. The waiting room was not that crowded... Maybe she had a bad day. She did agree to lower the bill to reflect the time spend and the complexity of me having a little extra fluid causing irritation in one ear. She never did though.
She listened carefully even though I was too tired to make sense. She volunteered important information about likely insurance costs and helped me strategize to get only the most relevant tests. She's easy to talk to. The staff at Overlake's clinic in downtown Kirkland were also super kind even though I was late.
