I don't care for dr. Hayes, however her NP Luisa is wonderful. I don't go because of dr. Hayes she is just not personable and she wants to tell you what to do and if you do not agree she dismisses you.

Horrendous dr and office, staff is horrible dr is horrendous. I do not recommend her at all. If you value your health go to another other care provider!

I went once and will never go back. The following day I called my insurance company and PCP to get a referral to someone else. They have questionable office policies that discourage patients from being involved in their care. Patients are not allowed to call them to follow up on lab work, and they will only call you if something is wrong. I prefer to be actively involved in my health. Staff...
