I've been a customer at Hay Tire for many years. My car was evaluated promptly, and the sales person was very courteous. I was even given courtesy transportation to and from a local shopping center while the car was being serviced.

I have taken my SUV 3 times in the past 5 or 6 weeks to have to tires , which I purchased at Hay, rotated and repaired. Each time the service man finds nothing. McDaniel Acura has pointed out on two different occasions that the tires are leaking. I was charged approx. $145 for repairing a nail and the TPMS sensor-a part that McDaniel Acura says costs $62.
