Learned my lesson never put money down on a place without "actually" seeing the "exact" apartment you're interested in! Never trust the leasing agent when they show u a "model", because truth is the model never been lived in so of course its going to look nice. Long story short, the apt I put money down for was tore up: cracks in the walls, old air conditioniners, inside window trimming...

I love that my apartment complex is quite almost always. I have been in this apartment for almost five years. One frustration is that my rent raises every year but I do not get any upgrades in my apartment maybe a free carpet cleaning or paint job every two or three years you are there. That would be well appreciated by the residents to feel that type of gratitude. Thanks for caring.

The services are prompt and great. the staff are exceptional, very polite and friendly. always ready to help when there is a need to your apartment. The environment is conducive to live.
