Never been to a surf shop im my entire life where the salespeople were pudgy non-surfers. Bizarre. Is it really that hard to find an actual surfer on Oahu?

Went down to look at longboards and get information about Donald Takayama boards. Dave was so helpful. He was with another customer but came to help us after. He is very knowledgeable on boards....

HSS is the best surf shop on this side. Very friendly and helpful staff, I have never gone into the store without someone offering to help me within the first couple of minutes. I like talking story???
