Disappointed in the customer service at this location. Not customer centered. The prices are high ($59 to read an OBD code...Advance, Autozone, etc do it for free) and the manager was not friendly or helpful. I traveled a distance to get to the shop and it was closing early and the manager basically said "tough luck". I can't recommend.

I've lived in High Brook Apt's for nearly 5 years now. Though im finally moving i would seriously recommend these apt's to Any that were interested. They are fairly new and very well kept. all of the staff including maintance have been very nice over the years and make it top priority to please the residents. Ive never had a problem with noise efficiency or had any complaints on that note...

Failed my 2003 Tahoe for, as the inspector stated, and I quote......."the vehicle must hold forward and backwards". OK? Maybe so......but how did you perform this test when all you did is drive forward into the stall and then the vehicle was on level ground? NOWHERE on the NC DMV website does it say that the vehicle must hold forwards and backwards. Even if it did, you did not perform the test...

Been here for almost 2 yrs and have had no problems. Staff is friendly. Always get my packages, etc. Nice tenants. Noise can travel thru floors in worst cases but not bad really. I've enjoyed it here. And a 2bed 2bath for <$700 isn't bad either.
