As someone who has changed their own oil without the fancy tools they have in these quick lube places, I did expect it to be a little faster, however I have experienced much worse. If the owner(Marty) really wanted to make this right with me all he had to do was to look on ticket for that day and find my name and address. I am sure that I was the only one to come in and get oil change, change belts, and get new wipers. I gave them my name, address, and phone number at time of service. So marty you are like "Rick", you don't want to do what is right.

Had oil changed and new belts put on car. Wanted to replace winshield wipers and asked if they had any. Was told by Rick that they did. He measured them with a tape measure and installed new blades. When I left it started to rain and I could see that the blades were too short. Rick put 20 inch blades on auto when it should have been 22 inch.
