Called to find out how to use the Haslet Library. Membership info, etc. When they picked up I was asked to be put on hold, said yes. Then 33 minutes later, I called from my other phone. They picked up, but when they did, I was disconnected from the other call that I was on hold for 33 minutes already! Told her and she stated, sorry, we got busy doing other things. What a joke. I will not use...
