It is a horrible place to rent . The management does not do their job . The complex is old and home for huge roaches . Tenants got robbed and bullied by the management . You do hear about robberies and the cars broke into every month . The cameras do not work . Some tenants shop for drugs at The Harvest Hill . It is so convenient for criminals . We think that the security works with the criminals.

This is a great location, only 2 blocks from Reliant Stadium/Center/Arena and the Metro Lightrail, BUT these apartments need major work! They're quite old, with shagg carpet to match. It looks like my apartment was the victim of a major flood, because I have crumbling paint all along the bottom of the walls where the shagg carpet meets. I had a major plumbing issue within the first 2 weeks of moving in, I have no internet access, because I can't find an ISP that services the area. The only cable TV service in the area is TVMax, which is the worst cable provider ever, so I transferred my...

not worth it

When I lived there, my toilet would get all backed up and run over for no reason all the time. I had to keep calling for maintenance and it would often take them hours to get over to my place. When you only have on bathroom, that is just unacceptable. The last couple of months I lived there I was on month-to-month rent, and they would up it without notifying me, and I'd end up paying late fees since I was ""short"" on rent.
