Peter with T-Mobile (1527 6th Ave, Seattle), as a manager your customer service sucks. Try helping your customer instead of selling a product. And you wiping your hands in the motion as if the conversation is ended because the information you provided is wrong - WRONG ANSWER - Customer Service fixed the issue, and I will never recommend or purchase any other products from your store.

It's like 2007 because it is way faster to do an "Jump On Demand" upgrade in the store because you can't do it on the T-Mobile website and after 45 minutes of being on hold, I gave up trying by telephone. For a technology company, T-Mobile is not a very technology savvy company for their own systems.
