Dishonest and inept

He put a pump and tank on my Mother's well in North Belmont. The well then began pumping mud and sand, ruining her system. Despite spending $2000 and making repeated calls, the owner refused to fix his mistake. I wouldnt use this guy again, he takes advantage of elderly people and does NOT do quality work.
