What a Joke

Do not waste your time. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy for staffing purposes. I was criticized about my appearance (black slacks, high heels, and a white chiffon top, pearl earrings and necklace) and also that I didn't know the "inner most detailed" aspects of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. I was interrogated about my current part-time job and why I felt the need to answer an important call from them as I was walking in the door-not even during the "interview" process. I found it appalling that as I was "interviewed", the reflection in a mirror of the Owner's (my interviewer) computer monitor, instead of showing my resume, showed the Owner clicking around playing Candy Crush Saga. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Time for the that old woman to retire...

Discrimination @ Hart Personnel

Hart Personnel is a staffing company which explicitly bars the out-of-work from applying for jobs. There are millions of people who are unemployed through no fault of their own. If an employer feels that the best qualified are the ones already working, they have no appreciation of the crisis we're in right now!
