This Company is out to scam people. I actually worked for this company for a few weeks and it sure didn't take long to realize there are out to rip people off. While I worked there we did satisfactory surveys and 98 percent of customers were unhappy with their purchase. That is ridiculous. The sad thing about it is all of their customers are elderly, and most don't have much money. To sale an elderly person three thousand dollar hearing aids that don't even work is a lot of money out of his or her way. This place is out to steal your money. I bought a hearing aid from them. They keep telling me I just need to get it adjusted again. I get it adjusted and it still doesn't work. They apologize, and then some...

I'm not sure that get anything right, except for taking my money. Folks, I'm not trying to be mean, but it is in your best interest NOT to do do business with this company. I'm sorry I did. Everything is fine at first, but they are so disorganized. First you are told that you'll get a call from this person or that person who will take care of things. Then when that doesn't happen, they apologize and tell you that the person who was supposed to call isn't available. Then some heavy handed manager will get on the phone.
