We like to cook, smoke and bake our food the same way it was done 40 years ago. That's why every fresh egg is cracked and every brisket spends all night in the smoker. We were raised in the restaurant business, which is why Harris County Smokehouse feels like home. Our Dad and his family have been in the restaurant business for over 40 years. It all began when our Paw-Paw started a chain of restaurants back in 1968 and had over 200 of those dudes, all the way from Florida to California. Thanks for your interest in coming to eat with us. This place is great. Highly recommend for some amazing BBQ and Banana Pudding.Prices are good and atmosphere is great. We go often and love their new place.

If you could do 1/2 stars, I'd have rated 2.5 instead of 3. The bbq itself was decent. Not the worst I've ever had, but nothing special either. I have no complaints about the food, or the location and ambience. My criticism is limited to one area. I have been to this location two times and both times it was around 6:00PM.
