Nice hotel clean strange that casino closes six am to eight am rooms nice. Lots of toll roads to get there was there on business did not spend time in the hotel much. walking distance to restaurants and museum

everything was perfect. Especially the food. we had a great time. All the employees were courteous and professional. the Reserve staff was excellent. we will definitely plan a trip like this again. many great memories

Reminds me of Vegas Experience Love it. it also reminds you of a stay Vacation and a nice getaway. my husband and I like to schedule getaways on a monthly or every two months., I would recommend Harrah's Casino and Hotel to everyone that likes to have a nice gambling experience and also a nice hotel experience

We can to spend a night to celebrate my Best friend birthday. But wasn't told about the free Wi-Fi. The room carpet was wet by the air vent. Need more cream and sugar in the room. Better Customer Service from the Front Desk. Check in on Sunday night and check out on Monday morning
