We moved in about four months ago. Overall, it's be a very good experience.

Pros: The location is great, and it's a very quiet neighborhood. The sidewalks and grounds are well-kept and great for taking a walk. Parking has never been an issue. The common areas are well maintained and staff are helpful with our concerns. You feel very safe with the safety of the area, being a senior, that is very important. You are close to a great mall, if you would like to take a walk around the area for your exercise, you are safe to do that too.

Harper's Forest is conveniently located near Howard County Community College, Johns Hopkins University Hospital, Columbia Mall, and three community shopping centers. The wooded grounds are well-kept and the buildings are regularly maintained. The staff is friendly, and the rent is a good value as compared to other places in Howard County.
