As we were looking to purchase a new vehicle we decided to look at a Buick Enclave. Craig was great to work with. Was helpful in getting the best deal and the vehicle we wanted. Craig was very pleasant and not a pushy salesman.
When completing the paperwork James was very friendly and explained everything to us. He helped explain the features to us until Craig was free to finish helping us .

THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER THERE IS THE WORST truck driver I have ever talked to. After inspecting my car I noticed a new dent. I was told to let the manager know if saw anything, so I did. He sent out the truck driver who came to confront me about asking if it the dent was new. He told me that he couldn't have done that and if I wanted to drag the police into this then the car would have to stay in the impound lot for $25 a night and than whenever the cop did get around to inspecting it that the cop would say the same thing he said. It was a small enough dent that it could have been taken out...
This dealership is outstanding! No games, strictly on the up & up & straight forward with you.
We bought a new Escalade EXT & we felt very comfortable through the whole process.
