I went to have a valve stem replaced and was told me it would be about 10 min. 30 min later I left with no repairs made. They did however wait on EVERY male customer there and even at least one gentleman who came in AFTER me. I don't like being overlooked for gender. I have told all of my female friends in Cass Co. how I was treated! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Bought 4 new tires for my truck there, and had terrible vibration and shaking. I knew that one or more of the tires were defective. Took the truck back and left it for half a day. "Steve" admitted he had to replace TWO of the new tires he sold me (that's a 50% defective rate on brand new tires), and said he "hoped he now had four good tires on. Drive it and see". I've been going to Harmon Tire for all of my tire related problems for years. They're a family owned and operated wholesale and retail tire company and have been for three generations now. Any problem I've had, be it a flat tire from a run-over nail or just a simple oil change, these guys get the job done and without overcharging or giving the run-around.
