I stayed here October - November 2013. Excellent price. Will most certainly stay here again. It's a small no frill RV park but still has the basics such as clean restrooms, showers and laundry....

I am a current tenant and LOVE THIS PLACE! I looked all over the area and it was by far the safest and cleanest park I found. The, so called "slum lord" who the previous tenant wrote about is no slum lord. He keeps the garbage out and his standards are there to keep the place safe and clean for everyone. As a resident, I appreciate it. If a note was placed on a car, I can imagine toeing...

Loved the place and the people in it. There are no drugs and manager is very security concerned for his guests and the park. drug users are not allowed and he does a crimininal background check on every monthly stay guest.

If you like to find used condoms in your gravel, tiny space for your RV with a transvestite bar in the front of the park then this is where you stay.
