We like to go to the marina the day before our fishing trip to see what type and how many fish are being caught. It is fun to go in october for the annual cobia tournament.

Was neat to see all the shops, watch the different fish getting catch on the fishing trips. Fun stuff for kids to do and shopping.

I booked a 8 hour trip 2 days in advance only to receive a call 30 minutes before the charter service closed informing me they would only have a 6 hour trip available. I reluctanly accepted as there was no time to make other reservations and insure a fishing trip would be possible. I have been fishing 3 years prior...

We booked a 6 hr trip. We rode out to point where we were going to fish. I caught snapper and trigger fish, not in season, but the fish were biting. We rolled up and moved. Same thing...others catching fish...gotta go sea was supposedly to rough. We spent the next 3 hours trolling in the bay, caught little to nothing....
