Cheap Tools What Could Be Better

I purchased a cement mixer from them.  It took four hours to assemble.  It only mixed two bags of concrete before the motor quit.  They would not repair or replace the motor.  Instead, they wanted to replace the entire cement mixer.  Why won't they exchange or repair the motor.  Am I to spend four hours assembling another mixer only to find it will work only for minutes?  All of their tools and...
