I've been here twice and both times the keys were made perfectly! Friendly service with easy access & parking... I've been to other places only to get home to discover the keys don't work!! I just wish we had one of these locations downtown Birmingham...

We have used Harbison for several years and have always received outstanding service. Whether it is placing locks on cabinets, adjusting/fixing glass door knobs in an older home, fixing deadbolts, adjusting latches and plates that don't fit properly, putting on a straight bolt at the top of a door, or re-keying locks, they always get it right. We've used Harbison for years and recently had our doors rekeyed. One of the doors was left unlocked by the technician (already a problem) and it was impossible to lock (couldn't lock my house)....
