Following a Xmas tradition, i.e., eating Chinese food, I went to Happy Dragon this past Xmas Day.
I asked for some hot sake. The waitress informed that they had not renewed their license for beer and wine. They had nothing alcoholic to drink. Strike 1....

Average Cantonese style Chinese food. Outside of that be cautious. Mongolian beef had no green onions and no red Hunan peppers, and little carmelized brown sauce. Cashew chicken and sweet and sour were fine, but don't expect to find any Mandarin or Schezuan here.. Hot...

Clearly this is the best place to go to if you are travelling around the city. They have heart meals that will make you go back for more. I have been on so many great Chinese places like this.
