The personal banking people associated with 58th St and 3rd Avenue are extremely poor representatives of the bank including the "Store" Manager.. This is particularly true of Mr. William Carroll who, if he does respond to an inquiry, responds very late. Usually he does not respond at all.
Temporarily, I have sought out another branch, not as convenient, until I can find a suitable replacement...

Hello Vaibhave.
Presently I am living in Mxico. Somebody I know sent me 5 Money Orders $1,000.00 each. I cashed them in a cashing store. This cashing store said these checks are fake. The cashing store argued Wachovia Bank did set the Money Order are fake and this store placed a legal demand against me.
I need to know what do you mean with "complaint in BBB" because I need to recover our money...

Well the last place someone wants to open an account should be Wachovia. They have big posters on buses stating #1 five years in a row. I guess they rip normal people like you and me to pay off their executives as well as advertisement.
