NEVER EVER USE THESE PEOPLE!
They do not segregate your possessions from other peoples, they lose stuff, and then pay you $0.60 per pound. Other reviewers have expressed these same problems.

Here's our story:
We placed a few things in storage for one year (4 carpets and pads, 2 coffee tables, 1 couch, and a family heirloom cradle).

When they arrived to re- deliver our belongings, they opened the vault and started to remove things. I was horrified that there were multiple items belonging to someone else (they don't know who). (a large dresser, 2 large bookcases, and 3 storage boxes with...
