Hansel RV put the wrong AC unit in my RV, disabled my working furnace, OVER charged VISA, and took three weeks to mess up a three day repair job.

I called in advance and arranged for a time to bring in my RV. I was told it would take one day to diagnose and order parts, one day for delivery of parts, and one final day for the repair, three days total. Three WEEKS later, after about six hours and sixty phone calls back and forth, inquiring when my RV would be completed, what the ongoing issues were, etc., with the WRONG AC unit installed in my RV, my WORKING FURNACE completely disabled, and OVER charged for labor, I felt compelled to pick up my old AC unit and my RV with disabled furnace, and found another service center to REDO the...
