European authenticity, with an accent

I really loved this place. Talk about authenticity. Four of the five women working there had german accents. The head cheese was just like my grandmother made, sauerkraut, too. The veal sausage was the best i ever ate, same for the bratwurst. So, what did i really think? you want the real thing, get it at hans'.....................

I love their meats, especially the course liverwurst and their ham hocks!~!! They are always so friendly and professional, it makes me smile to just walk into the door.
