I really enjoyed my facial. I feel like this one really was the best I had so far. The only thing I didn't like is that I was surprised when I went to check out that I had an upgrade that cost $20. I didn't ask for an upgrade and not sure what it was or why I got it without be told. Membership beware if you want to cancel Don't let them talk you into freezing it . They ended up charging 2 months for unwanted services cause they said that's the way it works. I could see onebut because I forgot about the freeze they charged me for the current month plus another of unused services. Personally I won't do business with them any longer.
