I just moved out of this apartment complex. The only thing they had to offer was the excellent customer service (that was mostly provide by Ms.Kim) but now even that is out of the window. Roach infested and they always claim to send somebody to "spray" but somehow even though I made sure to keep my apartment clean the roaches kept multipying. Horrible Customer Service and MOLD!

In October, I reported mold in my bathroom (Note:this is the 3rd occurrence of mold in 1 year) and the company took 2 weeks to remedy the issue, and ONLY after I called back into the office and threatened to call Channel 5.
