They have the most awful customer service. They also clearly don't understand the concept of security deposits. One scratch on my 7 year old hardwood floor is not a reason to keep $1200 of a security deposit. They outright lie about when they are going to come fix the issues with your apartment. Anyone paying such prices for apartments in Main South deserves to have better customer service then...
