Nice Apartment, Poorly Insulated

The apartments in this community are really nice and the staff is great. However, for the price of the apartments, it's not worth it. The apartments are poorly insulated........to the point that the electric bills are $400-$500 in the winter for a 2-bedroom which is extremely ridiculous!!!
