Upon checking in, found the bathroom dirty with used soap and other toiletries around. Also, the breakfasts here keep getting worse, if that's possible. Finally, at check-out, the young lady at the desk never asked how my stay was, and seemed upset that I required a printed copy of my invoice.

Large bugs and un-attentive staff

Stayed at this hotel multiple times and although it was un-exceptional it was still good quality and good staff. Last time i was there i would be at the desk waiting multiple times for staff to come out and see me for extended periods. Breakfast was average but by the time i got to the buffet it was depleted. Found...

Great new hotel

My family and I enjoyed staying here while in town for a hockey tournament. It is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in with the team. Clean, well maintained hotel. Great location near several restaurants and tons of stores. There is even a hockey store five minutes form the hotel.

Very nice place. Friendly staff and comfortable, clean rooms. Would stay again if in the area. The breakfast was tasty and everything was kept clean as the morning progressed. The Margarita Monday was a nice touch. All in all, a very good place to stay.

Can't ask for a cleaner, friendlier, all-around great experience. Breakfast was great quality and perfect selection. Staff was nice and hotel was spotless. I would recommend this site and come back again.
