This was a great hotel. We had a great experience all around! It was nice and close to town, the design was very new and modern, the breakfast was good and the staff was great! They even called to tell us we'd left my 3 year old's bunny rabbit.

Very disappointed in cleanliness of room

The chaise lounge in our guest room was disgusting. There were several large stains on the chair, in rather strategic locations. How could housekeeping not see this and have the chair either cleaned or removed? It really put me off to the overall cleanliness of the room. I've stayed at this hotel on at least 7 or 8 different occasions over the past 6 years and have always found it to be clean, comfortable, spacious rooms, great breakfast, and friendly, attentive staff. Love this hotel.

What a great hotel! The front desk staff were super friendly. Check in and out were quick. Our rooms were very clean and spacious. As we walked to our room, I heard kids playing in a neighboring room. Once we were in our room, we heard nothing. Nice, quiet night. The hotel is only minutes from anything in Phenix City...
