Very friendly staff!! They went above and beyond to make sure we had directions and knew where to eat. The room was clean but had a chlorine smell.
E wry one was very friend. Clean and spacious. Good breakfast choices. Bed was not comfortable. Tiny pillows. Surprised by poor bed since Hampton set the standard.
I have stayed in a few Hampton Inns and this is by far the nicest. Great location & friendly staff made the stay even better!
My husband and I are always pleased with Hampton Inn hotels and this one did not disappoint! The hotel staff was very friendly and personable, the room was super comfy and clean, and the breakfast was outstanding! The location to South Point Mall (in Durham) and UNC @ Chapel Hill was perfect; we will definitely stay in this hotel on our next trip to the area.
The staff was so nice we felt at home. Breakfast was really good and the room was very comfortable. We just felt that housekeepers came in very early to offer their services, even on check-out day.
