Keeping up with the mud is hard but the grounds could use some work (weeds/trash) and they need a grill for guests to use.

Very nice hotel. Clean. Organized. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Rooms with king size beds have the bed turned facing the window which was a neat change. It's everything you'd expect to have at a Hampton Inn, except.... All rooms with king beds have walk-in showers. If you want a tub, you have to get a room with two smaller beds. And there's not a single jacuzzi tub in the entire place....

Great hotel....only complaint is my sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain well. ..breakfast was kinda ehhhhh...but overall it was nice hotel.
