The room was extremely small (maybe 12x20 including bath room). Only a Queen bed (no Kings available). Only a shower (no tub) and it was moldy. Only chair was at desk. Small TV (maybe 30"). No room around sink (only 1 sink). Clothes hanging was in a small wardrobe in the corner of the room--not convenient to the bath area. Breakfast spread was marginal to fair. Ice machine on our floor was empty.

Hampton Livingston on Business

It is one of the only hotels to stay in while visiting Livingston. It is clean and the staff is friendly and nice. The hotel is outdated with popcorn ceilings. The breakfast is standard Hampton fare, not very good, but something to get you going in the morning.

Nice and clean room

Stayed here a couple times and rooms are always nice and clean. A relatively new hotel, looks as it's being well maintained. Would stay here again if passing thru Livingston. Easily spotted off the highway, it's a little difficult to get to, but a small town, so u-turns are easy to navigate.

3.5 Stars....TINY room for 2 adults! Only offers 1 roller chair for seating and the other one is forced to sit on the bed. Pictures when reserved were deceiving-showed love seat, mini fridge & sort of split room. Wasn't a pleasure trip, family illness so had to take what I thought was decent and close by. Even offered a discounted rate to book right then but by the time I called it wasn't...
