The hotel staff were accommodating. The lighting in the room especially the bathroom was bright and not dim to hide any unclean areas. The bathroom was clean, the beds were comfortable and the room was nice. I would readily recommend this hotel to anyone for any type of travel stay.
Front desk service to fix my faulty TV was totally unacceptable. Expected me to move all my things after being settled in to move to another room instead of just swapping TV's from another room. Had to watch a much anticipated TV program in the lobby since my TV didn't work.
Another great stay at a Hampton Inn. We travel quite a bit and make a point of searching out Hampton as they're consistently clean, the rates are within reason of the area you're staying, they offer free breakfast and if there is a problem with a room they always address it quickly. At least that's been my experience with Hampton...
The towels in my room were stained and had hair in them. I told the lady at the front desk but she should no care. I did not try the breakfast. Staff in general were not professional. I can't recommend this place.
Someone staying here doesn't have to worry that your room will be clean, pretty or safe. Everything is as it should be. The tv works, bathroom work, locks on the door work, etc. In addition the room is spotless and attractive. The morning breakfast couldn't have been better....cereal, muffins, pancakes, juice, rolls, toast, pastries, fruit and eggs. The dining room...
