Best customer service ever. Would not stay anywhere else upon my return. The hotel was centrally located in the heart of Collierville with great access to shopping and dining. Parking was never a problem.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. There were a number of kids sports team in the hotel and you wouldn't have known it. It was quiet, the common areas were always clean and there was plenty of food available for breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were very clean and the staff was so helpful! I tried to remember some of their names. Even wrote a few down but sure I'll forget someone Tammy, Kathy, Artavia, Alonzo, Maria, Thelma, Chris, Katya, Lena, Candy and Edith were all very friendly and helpful! Thanks guys for everything!

I love this location. Its is within walking to restaurant on good days. The staff is attentive and make sure your stay is comfortable. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is great and the staff is wonderful
