Built in 1912 by the patriarch of the prominent Fishburne family, this B&B has all of the accoutrements of a Lowcountry mansion, from its high ceilings to the charming literary nook, as well as modern-day luxuries like a crescent-shaped pool and a tennis court. There's even a garden pergola tucked among the greenery. The owners are hospitable and graciously assist guests. The country breakfast...

Our stays at the Hampton House are always delightful because of the relaxing atmosphere of the Old South found in the beautifully appointed rooms and grounds. The hosts Dianne and Henry are great fun since they are transplanted New...

Walterboro is a convenient base to visit Charleston and Savannah, but the low country itself is also very worth visiting. What a lovely hosts we found in Diane and Henry...
