In ShortNo chance of tanning in privacy here. More than 200,000 people visit Hampton State Beach on peak summer weekends. Fortunately, there's room for everyone. The stretch of beach is 2,800 feet long. Water drops gradually, so it's good for young children. If you've got an RV, there's a small state campground with its own beach.
