Activities don't always occur, they do not give "choice" at meals, they will gladly charge you for extra services like "stand by shower assist" but not perform the service, several times they have handed my mothers medication to someone else in the room to give to my mom ( my mom is of sound mind) and once to a lady in the elevator to give to my mom, I have taken laundry home to do, because...

We moved our mother in, in May it is now November and we have had to get a sitter to come in and make sure she is getting the stand by shower assist we were paying for and not getting . We agreed to pay them $7.00 a load for personal laundry, no laundry got done. Worse when I took the laundry home to do myself ( on all four occasions) I found medications in the pockets.
