Very aggressive in coercing patients to do extra procedures in order to make money. Crown installed but dropped the next day. Have an aggressive office manager who only focuses on making money. Not too happy with the changes going on...still really like Dr. Costa but the major change in staffing is concerning and it's no longer a welcoming place to go
