Since I no longer live in Saginaw, I can't vouch for the upstanding quality of this bakery -- but as an expat, I can vouch for their ability to ship some reliable paczki across state lines. Biases...

Best Donuts in Saginaw.. I've been a customer for 8 years and the donuts are great, it's the only place my coworkers and I buy donuts at. One time I bought donuts from Tim Horton's for work which was the last time because of all the grief I got from my coworkers. They also make great Pączkis for Fat Tuesday.
