After reporting that I had been experiencing problems with my shockwave flash on Firefox and speed problems, David and I used team viewer to grant him permission to go into my computer from his. All during the viewing, he remained on the phone; he explained everything that he was doing, and was respectful. I would recommend this shop to a friend. David helped me out when my laptop stopped reading cd's, replacing my CD tray quickly so I could get back home and install Dragon Age: Inquisition with no problems. He's also helping me out with re-installing Win8 on said laptop since my repair/renew option failed and the recovery media is missing. Super awesome guy who provides fast service that gets things done right.

I bought a lighter laptop from Hamilton to help on working trips. It was a great price, appreciated the service, and got some really helpful tips in terms of what I'd be using it for. Would definitely check with them again for my next upgrade.
