Kitchen cabinets are from 1970's!
Peeling surfaces, ugh.
No garbage disposal, no dishwasher, oven doesn't self clean.
Very loud a/c heating system, you have to turn the tv volume way up to hear over the blower.
Hardwood flooring looks nice, but amplifies every noise-you hear all the surrounding units intimate details.
Office staff/managers are pure and simple salespeople. Will tell you anything...

Made an appointment to look into moving into Hamden Ridge. I showed up for my appointment with KATHY and the leasing office seemed empty. Turns out, the office is in the 2 bedroom model, and the Kathy was using the bathroom. She came out of the bathroom to find us and she seemed very unpleased that we were there. Plus the apt is nice the master bedroom is big, large closet and storage rooms.
Minus the apt squeak so much when someone walking, up or downstairs, I am upstairs and can hear everything downstairs, opening and closing of the closet, shower running ,walking etc.When the main door to my building closed the building shake. The closet constantly comes off.

The place is very quiet and peaceful but unfortunately we may have to move because upstairs is too much :(

But the floor squeak so much, I will recommend getting the 3 floor we are on the first and the walking upstairs is out of control it never cease its all night and morning
