Halquist installed my granite counter tops. Upon inspecting them immediately after install there were 2 chips. One with scrapes along side it like it was drug along something. Installer told me to call and they would come back out and work with me to get it fixed. Took 2 months for them to even come look. They said that granite chips so it is normal to see that. Poor customer service

I had used Hallquest service when I built my new home. I used lots of granite and was a big customer to them. But after few years when I had problem in one of the rooms they hesitate to come and have a look at. I said I can pay for the repair. Called five six times in the last year still nobody returns the call. Very poor customer service. I was disappointed. I would never use them in future.

I never write reviews for products or service. I'm making an exception because Halquist did a superior job on the installation of granite countertops in my kitchen. The sales and service people were very attentive, polite and helpful. They answered all my questions and provided prompt service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others!
