The management should be ashamed of themselves for letting the salon go as much as it has. The chairs are broken and the girls are bitchy to each other in the nail room. And I will not let Nicki touch me again. The tools she was using with the stones were obviously NOT CLEAN. I tried to look up her license but it seems she doesn't have a nail license.

REALLY?????? The first time I went here was 2 years ago before my wedding. I had a great experience. The second time, not so much! Waxing was super painful and did not do a good job AT ALL. My pedicure was horrible. THe lady broke one of my nails, didn't tell me and just painted over it. I was half-way to St. Lucia when it caught on a blanket and tore the rest of the way off. OUCH! GREAT SPA! I have the lightest eyelashes and eyebrows, I love to go to the Halina European Day Spa in Round Rock! Melissa is great! She always does a wonderful job. I have friends that have received other services there and have been really pleased with the services that they have received. You should check it out for yourself!!!

Halina's massages are absolutely wonderful! I go every month as I bought a series and I look forward to it each time. The staff is great, the atmosphere is relaxing and the massages are wonderful. She actually does the areas I ask her to do without migrating to areas that I didn't request.
