Very nice people. Friendly workers and i'm even pleased with the owner. Once I had to return an item and the owner had every right to deny my refund ( because I missed the deadline) but she didn't. To my displeasure I was told "I don't mean to be offensive, but the texture (of the hair on a wig) is like what your hair is naturally like....coarse" If you think you are going to say something offensive, the best thing to do is not say it.
