I have gone to different Hair Masters salons for years. Rose was my stylist in North Bend. Very nice woman. I said take a couple of inches off of the back and trim the front so that it is out of my eyes. Apparently, she didn't agree. My hair was still in my eyes even after I asked her to trim it shorter (after my entire haircut was done), and "a couple of inches" translated into ten inches...
